You can cancel the order or change the shipping address anytime before we send the products out to you. But once the product has been shipped out, we cant refund or change the address.

If the product you received is a defective one, please send us the proof to sales5@fumot-tech.com, and after checking, we can send you a new one, we don't refund on any disposable devices after order shipping out.
